We have a great Wrestling tradition here Hampstead, NC and we would like to welcome your business as a proud sponsor of our fine wrestling program. Please print this letter for more detail. We are currently constructing a poster with our teams past achievements along with our schedule for the upcoming 2008-2009 schedule and we are looking for businesses to advertise their support by donating $100 place their business card on the poster for everyone in community to see.

The poster will be delivered to your business personally by Coach Pence or his wrestlers for you to hang up for all to see. This is a great opportunity to show you "Pirate Pride" and help out a local sports program. If a business card is unavailable please let us know and we will design an advertisement for you.

If you would like to make a larger donation than the one stated then please feel free to do so and check out our levels of donation provided below. After receipt of donation a receipt will be mailed to you with our club's EIN number so that you can write off the donation when tax season comes around. Just make sure you have an address so you can provide me to get you that.

Please place your business card here along with a check written out to Pirate Wrestling Club for $100 fold this letter up, then place it in the provided envelope and either give it to the wrestler asking for your support or mail it to:

All proceeds for this fundraiser will go into Pirate wrestling account where it will help build the program by helping those who are unable to participate in athletics do to finical reasons. Also in order to make upgrades to high school, middle school, and youth wrestling programs. These monies will also help all wrestlers involved in the fine sport of wrestling to travel to other states to wrestle large National tournaments that will help to expose all athletes for the next level of competition such as but not limited to: Senior Nationals, Freestyle and Greco National Championships( Fargo, North Dakota), AAU State Championships, and many other national tournament that will give these wrestlers a better chance to get national exposure and get recruited.
